It is the name that the QWindows graphics drivers (gr.*) register so
that the QWindows server (screen) can find and talk to them. Unless
you are a QWindows server, or know the low-level commands it uses to
talk to the drivers, it probably isn’t of much use to you. (Well,
not directly – if you’ve got it, you’re probably using it through
QNX Windows.)
