Once upon a time, Sybase made the source to their library
freely available shortly annoncing end-of-life.
I went back to Sybase site but couldn’t find it. They probably
have removed it (been over 2 years I think).
Anyone happen to have a copy or know of the link?

If you mean source code for Watcom C/C++ libraries (v 11.0) then they are
really available. Don’t know where officially, i got them from third party
folks. Btw without QNX4 specific sources (of course)..

Check www.openwatcom.org or post in the openwatcom newsgroup. Someone there
should know.
