and where is OpenGL? if it exists in RTP

The big question is in title.

If you search “openGL” on the QNX web site you can find something about
plans to support openGL in neutrino 2.x.

I know 2.x may be 2.99 but is there any support of openGL (and what
version?) in RtP/NTO6.1?

By the way, are the drivers hardware accelerated?

Thanks in advance for any hint

We are currently looking into this as a solution for QNX6. If
this is something that your project requires. Please contact
your sales rep and let them know that you require OpenGL for
your project. That way demand for OpenGL will increase and
implementation is done.

Erick.

The newest Mesa version compiles with minor problems. (there are
problems with the compilation of the examples)

Thank you Armin,

Still some questions :
Does Mesa needs something like X-Windows, or does it only needs photon, or
nothing at all except NTO?

If it is Photon + X-Free + MesaGL => many layers, is it still fast enough?

Thanks for any more info on using openGL in NTO

Didier.
