Hello.
I’m using a network card that is supposedly supported by qnx (according to
their website - http://qdn.qnx.com/support/hardware/platform/network.html ),
but qnx is unable to detect it.
The card is a D-Link DFE-530TX. Does anyone know why qnx doesn’t detect it?
Thanx.
I’m having the same problem on my laptop with a DLINK DFE-660 PCMCIA card.
It was supported fine under QNX 6.0, it was automatically recognised, but
now the
latest QNX 6.1 no longer sees it. This is a real bummer, since I purchased
the DLINK
especially for QNX after giving up on getting my 3COM card.
How many more network cards will I have to purchase before QNX is finished?

This isn’t the group to be asking about this. Try the .install group. Odds
are it is a pcmcia controler issue and nothing to do with network drivers.
In either case, this is a development group and not a tech-support group.
