Okay, so I finally figured out who belongs to this packet type. Can
anyone tell me what the data in this packet is? I would really like to know
what is being passed over the network.

If memory serves, that’s the QNX4 ethertype. You should probably
post in the qdn.public.qnx4 newsgroup. I don’t think the protocol
was ever published.
