In support.h there is a list of functions following the comment /*
Deprecated Functions - Phase out by 6.2.0 */. There are a total of 11
functions following the comment, but there are also several blank lines:
does the comment refer to all 11 functions, or only to the three before
the first blank line? Or to some other combination? I.e., are the
nic_calc_crc_xe functions and the nic_create_device functions deprecated
or not?
