missing racoon - IKE daemon for IPsec

I’m looking at using IPsec/IKE to connect to a Nortel Contivity VPN.
I have 6.2.1 PE and I see that racoon has (apparently) already been
ported to QNX.
Racoon is in the documentation, but I can’t find it anywhere on disk.

I’ve searched qnx.com and get the same documentation, but no hint as to
where the program resides. I’ve searched the third-party cd, too, but
didn’t have any luck.
I assume I’m missing something obvious…

I think racoon is available as a separate package. Contact
your sales rep.
