devc-ser fifo support

I noticed that Tto.c attempts to enable the fifo on a 550. Is there a easy
way to attempt to set the fifo to 128 on a 650 or will i have to create a
seperate devc-ser650 driver?

I believe you would have to write your own devc-ser550 driver for larger
FIFO support. It should be rather simple to do as the 550 is register
compatible with the 8250 (with some additional bits for the larger FIFOs).
