If not then what newsgroup?
It appears that DDK is targetted only for QNX RTP (Neutrino), if so where is
the USB DDK for QNX4?
What is the Package Manager and does it exists in QNX4?

Hi Paul,

This newsgroup is used for questions, problems and bugs that are related to the
DDK. The newsgroup applies to both the QNX4 and NTO DDK, however at this time
only the NTO DDK has been released as a public beta.

The qnx 42x usb beta is available to members of the qnx424 beta.
It has been posted for about three weeks.

No you would have to enroll in the QNX 4 beta.
