Webcam driver question

Hello,

I and my friend developed a USB driver for Logitech Quickcam 4000 Pro. We
could get pictures from it on a laptop. Now, we would like to get another
custom made USB device to work with the webcam. However, the laptop has only
one USB socket, so we use a hub. Our cutom made USB device works with the
laptop by itself too. However, if we try to get the two devices to work
simultaneously plugged into a hub, the webcam stopped working. The callback
function got called with isochronous data length 0 or completion error. It
didn’t have this problem at all when the webcam was plugged into USB port by
itself. Does anybody know what might be wrong?? I use QNX 6.2.1. I use 2
URBs for isochronous transfer. The hub I use is INLAND USB 4-port hub.

Thanks

I might be. Do you have a URL where I can check out the device?

The Logitech device had just about the right price/quality of what
I’m looking for.

I don’t have any web cam yet. It’s on my list of things to buy soon.
So your saying that this driver will work with any of these?

Then yes, I’d like to try a copy of the driver.

Is it possible there is not enough bandwidth to support 2 cameras
at the same time? What is the endpoint size ? You may be able to
select different alternate settings with smaller isoch packet size to get 2
of them working.
