Looking for a project topic on QNX OS

I am looking for a good topic of school project on QNX. Any suggestion? I would like to work on something such like to expand the current QNX function of memory protection, task scheduling or anything that is OS related. The workload of the project is better about 50 hours.
Your suggestion will be highly appreciated!

you’d better use Linux for these type of thing ;-)

Maybe you could do a file system like manager that provides per user, per appplication quota.

Or a file system like manager that provides notification when a file is written to, read, deleted, etc.

Or, you can use the QNX Resource Manager to create another virtual file system.
