QNX Neutrino & Bitbus?

Hi all,

We use DCM800AT bitbus interface from DATEM with the old
iRMX rtos. We would like to migrate to Neutrino, iRMXIII
of InTime.

Does anyone know if Neutrino can support bitbus hardware?
(The DCM800AT or any other bitbus hardware).

If not, is there a supported fieldbus on Neutrino?

Hi!

I was one of the people at Datem that wrote the original
BITBUS stuff for the DCM800AT :slight_smile: That sure brings back
memories.

I unfortunately don’t have the source code any more, but you

if e.g. ASi, CAN, INTERBUS, LON or PROFIBUS-DP are an option for
you, so QNX 6.1 support is available with C-APIs, IEC 61131-3,
Python extensions, different Configurators, Soft-PLCs and others.

BTW, newest options are PVM extensions for platform
independent communication or Clusters.
