Using ddd

Hi everybody!

I’ve installed the ddd debugger from the 3rd party software for QNX Neutrino
v6.2.1 and I can’t get it to work.
When I call it from a command prompt (term window under photon) I got the
message: Error: Can’t open display: 127.1:0

What does it mean?

Any help would be appreciated.

Leonel.

Install the XPhoton package as well.

Thanks Chris! I was travelling an tested just now.

One more thing. ddd it is working fine on a Photon machine but when I tried
to use it in a Phindows (V2.00) session, phindows terminates with the error:
The instruction at 00409ffe referenced memory at 00000020

XPhoton doesn’t work in a phindows session or I missed something?

TIA,

Leonel.

That sounds like a bug in Phindows actually. I will let the owner of that
tool comment.

I may help to delete the content of the cache directory.
