I’d like to try QNX v.6.1 on Motorola Sandpoint platform (MPC824x).
According to specs it is supported
Could you please point me where to start from to prepare OS image, drivers, etc.?
some kind of manual or doc…

Probably the best place to start would be to get the PPC embedded kit
which contains source and documentation specific to the Sandpoint reference
platform.
