mkifs in NC

Is mkifs not included in Momentics NC?

I couldn’t find it.Did i missed anything while d/nloading?

No, it is not. But if you could be able to download a QNX6.1 NC, it is there
and copy it to 6.2, it would also works.

While it’s possible to do that, we don’t recommend it since we can’t help
when interaction problems occur. ie. mkifs from 6.1 makes an image using
6.2 IPL/startup/proc + etc bins, but doesn’t boot/randomly crashes etc.

With a PC, I always felt limited by the software available.
On Unix, I am limited only by my knowledge.

NC not only lacks mkifs, but also lacks relocatable startup.bios and procnto,
so you can’t build a working 6.2 *.ifs. No problem.
