Maybe PC104+…
Straight PC104 is only capable of about 10-15 Mbs, it would
seem silly to put a 100Mbs firewire device on it.

didn’t dig any deeper, happy searching!

Digital-Logic www.digitallogic.com have an Firewire card for PC104+
(MSMW104+) we are using it to capture pictures from a Camera. The driver for
the card and the camera is our own because we couldn’t find a driver on the
market.
