does qcp work in the 6.2.1 release?

I was setting up a embedded system on a pc-104 card, and keep having to
connect a floppy to get images over to it. I would prefer to have the
ethernet work, but would gladly settle for serial at 115200 with sz/rz or
qcp.

I looked, and didn’t see sz/rz on my development sytem after installing the
latest version of qnx. how long has that been missing??

I did find qcp and qtalk, so I thought I was all set. But I can’t seem to
get qcp to work.

I can run qtalk on both sides and see data going back and forth, but when I
try to send a file (with or without qtalk running), it just hangs…

I have tried:

qcp /dev/ser1 se config.sys (on one side)
qcp /dev/ser1 re (on the other)

Do I need to modify the handshaking, or something for this to work.

There were some problems with qcp which have been resolved. The updated qcp
should appear in the upcoming patch.

Regards,

Joe

Joe,

Can you e-mail me an updated copy of qcp? … or point me to the corrected
source, or executable for 6.21 SE??

Thanks,

John
