Windows2000,and configured /etc/inetd.conf:
phrelay stream tcp nowait root /usr/bin/phrelay phrelay -x

and configured /etc/services:

But I still can not access QNX via Phindows at Windows platform, any

How to start inetd?QNX have not this command.

;-> I think you are telling the wrong guy what QNX has and has not ))

Rest assure, QNX does have inetd. If you can’t start it, it’s either
because your installation went wrong or because you are not root.

but I can run phrelay command in command line, and the problem still
exist.???

Phrelay is not meant to be started on the command line.

By the way 6.2 is out, no need to run the Beta.

I think the Beta edition may doesn’t support Phindows accessing, because I

have installed QNX in different machines and use root ID login
successfully.Does my thought right???
Thank U Mr Charest.

Some of the betas were release without phrelay.

As far as I’m concerned if you want to run a beta, after the product was
release you are on you own. Good luck!

Thank U Mr Charest.
