Motherboard considerations for QNX 6.20

I’m interested in setting up an Intel/AMD system for the latest QNX 6.2 and
have a few questions regarding motherboard considerations:

  1. Does QNX currently take advantage of dual processor systems? It’s not a
big deal, but if it doesn’t support it, I need not wast money on a dual
    processor MB.

  2. PCI considerations: I’ll likely be getting a MB that supports 66 MHz
PCI bus as well as a 33 MHz PCI bus. Is there any reason that there might
be a problem? Are there any chipsets that are problematic?

  3. Anyone have recommendations for server class motherboards? Slight
preference for AMD, but otherwise I’m all ears.

Thanks,
Steve

Yes. You can copy /boot/fs/qnxbasesmp.ifs to /.boot to enable SMP.
