qnx installation

Hello,

i have downloaded and burned qnx iso image on CD, but can not install OS
because system won’t boot from it. Can someone email me files to create
install floppy ?

Thanks.

The install floppy is on the CDROM. If you have Windows installed it will
present you with a GUI that gives you the option to make the disc.

Hi Chris,

I think that the source for my problems is improperly created boot CD. As
you had suggested in one of the previous discussions I used Nero to burn raw
ISO file, but unfortunately, it didn’t work. I always get only one file
burned on a CD, qnxnc620.iso, not a bunch of files and directories. Is this
related to the WindowsXP platform I use? Should I burn CD on the Win98
platform? I created FAT32 partition for qnx installation, but unfortunately,
can’t get through with the boot CD creation …

Thanks.

In Nero you need to select, file → burn image.

It looks like your making a data disk with the iso file on it.
