QNX Momentics IDE & wXP - unsupported character encoding cp1

I just installed QNX Momentics 6.2.1 PE on host win XP system. When I start
the IDE on the host I get message
“unsupported character encoding” “character encoding Cp1250 is not supported
by this platform”.
How can I resolve this problem?

I solved the problem :
“user locale” and “system locale” in winXP / Control Panel / Regional and
Language Settings must be set to English(US). the “user locale” can be find
in Regional Options / Standards and formats, the “system locale” is in
Advanced / Language for non-Unicode programs.
