I need an installation disk for QNX 6.2.1. My system can not boot off the
CD-ROM. Were will I be able to find one

I believe that if you have access to a MS-Windows system you can access
the QNX CD and select Make a Bootable Floppy (or something like that.
Is’t been a long time since I had to do that.)

That won’t actually work – it will create the wrong type of floppy,
one that will try boot and run from a QNX filesystem in a file on a
windows partition.
But, on the CD is a file called instflop.dat – it is a raw image
of a bootable install floppy. If you format, then copy this as
a RAW image to the floppy. (Under QNX, the way would be to do a
“cp /fs/cd0/instflop.dat /dev/fd0”, but I don’t know how you might
do it with a windows system. Under Linux, you’d probably use dd
to copy to the raw floppy device.)

Did you burn the CDROM yourself, eg from an image downloaded from the
web? If so, did you just burn the file to the CD? This won’t work -
you need to (typically) select “burn image” from your CD burner
software. This should then create a bootable CD…
