On a PE 6.2.0 isntall today, I was surprised to see
the build & run option inactivated (is that a word?),
when the appbuilder was run without the IDE.
So I wasn’t able to generate & compile the photon app.
Is this intentional?

If this is a new application, you need to give it a name first.
I.E. Save it.
