io_mmap callout, resmgr framework

Does someone know how to implement the io_mmap callout
within a resourcemanager framework? Are there any documents available
to interpret the io_mmap message ?
What is the strategy of QSSL with the mmap() functionality compatible
w/ linux ?

cheers, peter

That pretty much summarizes it – I’m sure now that the book is about
to be printed, people will chime in with “Oh, it’s easy, just do this
this this and that”
