Cannot use the Broadcom 570x Gigabit Ethernet NIC

Hi, there,

  1. QNX 6.2.1 PE cannot recognize my Broadcom NetXtreme BCM570x Gigabit
Ethernet NIC. It offers drivers for windows and linux, but no QNX. I
only need an ethernet, even in 10M mode. What can I do?

  2. QNX cannot recognize my video card either, so I chose “vesa” card. It
works. But the scan rate can only be set to 60Hz. Is there any way to
set it to 85Hz or more?

Thanks in advance.

Someone else will need to comment on this.

What type of video card is in your system? Can you post the output of
‘pci -v’ so we can see the type of adapter in your system?
Thanks

There is a devn-tigon3.so for bcm570x, I think it is in the BSP for 5960.
Try to contact
whoever got you the BSP.

Unfortunately we do not have a driver for your video card, so
you will have to use one of the generic drivers.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply about my video card.

Is there any answers to my network card? I can not even use it as 100M
card, the system can not recognize it.

Not as far as I know. If this is a requirement, then you should speak to
your sales rep.
