I already told about this problem.
When you generate a QPR, you make a collection of core, slib, and dev
When you want to install that qpr, you may open the qpr and choose if
you want to install the dev components or not.
But, if you use ‘cl-installer -i’ from shell or within a script, you
cannot choose if you want to install the dev components or not and
generally, the answer is ‘not’.
So, it would be very usefull to have a supplementary option in
cl-installer to be able to invoke it to install the packages included in
the qpr file excluding the dev components.
