Does anyone know if there is support, in QNX 4.25
for touchscreen made by PenMount, controller DMC9000 ?

As far as I know, there is no DMC9000 support under Qnx4. I solved this
issue by starting with the Dev.ser code, stripping out the multiple serial
port support and creating a new device driver - Dev.pm. This device driver
takes the serial data from the Penmount and translates its coordinate codes
into Elo-like packets. Then it is just necessary to configure Input to look
for an ELO touchscreen. Part of the problem is getting documentation out of
Salt Corporation in Taiwan (the manufacturer of the Penmount) and even when
it arrives it is inaccurate.
Our driver will support both the DMC9512 (which seems to require an
initialization sequence) and the DMC9000 and will autoswitch between the 2
types on startup. If you need to look at the code, send me an email
