We’re using QNX 6.1 on a Versalogic VSBC-8 with a PIII-850 and we are
experiencing occasionnal reboots for no reason whatsoever. Have any of you
encountered this problem before ? I am not sure its related to QNX because
once in while, it seems to happen before the OS is loaded. Asking to see if
any experienced QNX users have seen this before !
At first, we thought it was coming from a flaky / insufficient power source
but we have switched to a more standard 235W power supply and it still does
it. The temperatue threshold in the BIOS was increased to 100C, and the
board is not even in an environment where temperature is an issue (actually,
it’s quite cold in the office…haven’t turned the heaters on yet)
Any idea of what it could be ?
