I am not able to boot the non-comercial iso into the virtual pc, it stops at
the start with a licensing issue message!!!

Have you tried the CD in non virtual mode, if it works there isn’t much
anyone can do at this time I guess.
I have tried QNX4 in virtual PC and it seems to have problem with 16 bit
program, to bad cause it’s much faster then VMWare
