Depends on the type of driver.

For writing a Dev style driver (serial/parallel/etc) try:

ftp.qnx.com:/usr/free/qnx4/os/samples/Dev_drivers

There are a couple sample drivers and some documentation in there.

For writing an I/O manager, another type of driver interface, try:

ftp.qnx.com:/usr/free/qnx4/os/samples/misc/iomanager2.tgz
