Mounting RAM Disk

I have started devb-ram. This has apparently created the device
/dev/hd1. However, when I try and mount it:

mount /dev/hd1 ~user/ram

I get:

mount: Can’t mount /home/user/ram (type qnx4)
mount: Possible reason: Resource busy

I looked at the “mount” man page but there doesn’t appear to be any RAM
disk device type.

Any ideas?

I beleive you need to dinit it and create a partition. This is just like a
HD.
