hello, I’m new to qnx and I’ve got the QNX 6.3 evaluation version.
I’d like to boot a notebook from a my QNX 6.3 computer, so I looked info qnx.com and found stuffs like netboot and bootpd…The problem is that I
have no idea where I can get those tools as I found nowhere in my QNX 6.3
installation for clues of bootpd and netboot.
Anyone can tell me how I can achieve network booting in my situation? Thank
you very much
Unfortunately QSSL has moved bootpd to their network TDK which costs more $.
They also moved named. Breaking that stuff out into a TDK makes QNX so much
less attractive.

I think SP1 is supposed to move bootpd back into the main line.

bootpd is currently available as a patch from myQNX in the
QNX Momentics 6.3.x Patches & Updates section.
