There is no concept of chipset in QNX6. Usually IDE controle will work be
mabe not in DMA mode.
If network in is chipset, forget it. You will need an add on board.
Care to place a bet?

They seem to be fanless mainboards, i don’t know if the chipsets are
supported by qnx
most of them have a VT8235 South Bridge chipset ,
see > http://www.viavpsd.com/product/index.jsp > ITX form factor boards.
They pull my attention by the fanless feature on some of the models.
(besides being low cost )
With 6.3, you should be able to have some degree of success with these.
I only know of VIA producing mini-ITX, but many embedded SBCs
are produced using PN133T (“Twister T”) North Bridge and
either a VT82C686A/B or VT8231 South Bridge.
The S3 Savage driver was modified in 6.3 for Twister T. The CN400 and
CLE266 North Bridges won’t be quite as fruitful, since there is no Unichrome
support, but I’ve read they work in VESA mode. You should
find that the following drivers may also work with the VIA South Bridges:
Networking - via-rhine (not sure which cores are in which bridges – some
report VT6102 in PCI configuration space –
but it should be a Rhine I, Rhine II, Rhine
III or VT6105, all of which
are supported in the Rhine driver).
IDE - All VT south bridges added to 6.3, including Serial ATA for VT8237
Audio - via686 for VT82C686A/B, VT8231 and any other with an integrated
VT1612 core (2 channel core)
via8233 for VT8233, VT8235, VT8237 or any other with VT1616
(6 channel core - 2 channels only)
USB 1.1 - probably works with UHCI on all South bridges
USB 2.0 - probably works with EHCI on VT8235, Vt8237
