installing QNX need some questiosn answered

Hi,

I am soon going to be formatting my personal Laptop and having a linux & QNX
installation,

The CD I have for QNX is dated 01.01.16 will I be able to upgrade this to
the latest version once I have it installed or do I need to download the
latest version

actually can you download the latest version, I can’t seem to find it.(URL
please) I’m a little lost in the naming conventions for the product I think
I got the CD of RTOS v4 (from memory) but not sure,

as I stated above I am for installing Linux and QNX on my laptop what I want
to know is what order should I do this in there is not going to be a window
install on this machine so how do I go about doing a dual boot system. This
will be my first attempt at this type of thing

also format to use on hard drives

I was thinking of (out of 20GB HD)
1 Linux partition (SYSTEM) 5GB
1 QNX Partition (SYSTEM) 5GB
2 WORK partitions (DATA,EXTRA) 5 GB

Can someone help please as I really liked the os a few years ago when I
first played with it (then lost the disk, but found it last week when I had
decided to install a linux only non windows system mmm fate I think wants me
to use QNX as well  )

The latest version, 6.3.0 can be downloaded. But you can not upgrade from
earlier versions of QNX to 6.3. I’mnot sure why they did that.

So I would start out with 6.3.

This should be no problem.
