Getting Back to XP Pro

I have 6.1 RTP installed as my second OS in a partition that I set up
using Partition Magic. RTP boots fine with a floppy, but I want to
get back to XP.

I used my XP CD and can access my drive as administrator, so I know
everything is there.

What can I do to be able to use go back to boot to XP and also to be
able to use RTP on a project that I am actively working on?

Please help!!!

hello,
i had the same problem installing QNX 6.3.0 and I couldn’t go back to XP. I
had to repaire my installation of XP and in the command line c:\windows i
taped bootcfg /default to modify my default boot os. But i still don’t know
how to get choice which os to boot at start up!!!

You need a boot loader: grub, lilo, qnx loader, windows loader
either one of them can do the work.
It’s been discussed many times at www.openqnx.com. Do a search
and you should find the answers.

I use NTLDR (Windows loader)

  1. Windows must boot
  2. Save QNX boot sector as file in windows
  3. Type path to the file into boot.ini
