QNX 6.2.1 Crash?

I’m running an application that kills some processes (I know, I should have
them gracefully exit), then spawns another process that displays a menu on
the console and then blocks on a read from standard input (keyboard). Once
in a while (infrequently), I see the following message and my SBC locks up.
The only thing I can do is cycle power:

Shutdown [0,0] S/C/F=11/1/11 C/D=f00129b6/f0046ec0 state(c0)= now lock
[0] PID-TID=75006915-1? P/T FL=83c97e00/80000000

Does anyone know the origin of this message and what it might mean?

Thanks in advance,

Dear Eric,
I’m wondering if you’ve received help or resolved your shutdown
problem. I am experiencing a similar shutdown message:
Shutdown [0,0] S/C/F=11/1/11 C/D=f00151f5/f005a520 state(c0)=now lock.
I don’t know the origin of this error message and would like to know
if any one does. The computer just hung, and the only way out of it
is to reboot.
Can anyone help?
