Does anyone have experience with digital i/o products under QNX4.25 or RTP?
I need to add 96 digital i/o points to my controller and was wondering the
best method. PC bus card? Fieldbus based? Ethernet?

Diamond Systems have boards and drivers that run (very easily) on QNX
6.3.x. As to the architecture (a number of ways to do this), it depends
on what you want to do and the operating environment among other things.
One possibility is to set a PC104 with the i/o at a remote location and
interface with it via Ethernet, serial, etc.
