Serial pccard / new dev name after each insertion

Hi everybody,

I’m stuck with a little problem:

how can I assure that a certain serial pccard always gets the same
device name.

Or can I make sure somehow, that the enumerator always uses the lowest
available device number, and not simply assigns a new number
after every card change.

Any hints are appreciated!

Have you tried using the -u option to devc-ser8250 to specify the device
number you want to use?
