Phinx on 6.3: unknown symbol PhLock

Hi,

When trying to start phinx on my newly installed 6.3, I get:
unknown symbol: PhLock
Could not resolve all symbols

Any idea what it means?
(phinx was installed from the contrib/621a repository. Any equivalent for
6.3?)
