Yes I agree, it is not an official support point, but they sure as hell make
the point that any initial help requests should be via the news groups not
directly to QSS staff.

I have found the staff very helpful and obliging in the past and was giving
them a chance to be the same again.

For the record, I find other QNX users just as helpful as the QSSL support
staff. I will always post a question here before I use the official support
channels.
