devb-doc problem QNX 6.3.0sp1

Hello!

I have a problem with devb-doc driver on QNX 6.3.0 (SP1) x86 box:

When driver started there is some errors:

devb-doc doc verbose

DiskOnChip driver, ver. 5.1.4p3
Debug: entering NFDC 2148 identification routine.
Debug: identified NFDC 2148.

Debug: identified NFDC 2148.

Debug: media is not fit for NFTL format.
devb-doc: flAbsMountVolume() failed

and sloginfo -w:

Can you point me to a solution? What I’am missing:

P.S.

  1. I’ve tested all my DiskOnChip’s (MD2202-D128) on different boxes with
    same result
  2. I’ve used DOC514.EXB and DOC514P.EXB
  3. My boxes - Advantech PCA-6186
  4. Linux (2.6.11.8 + MTD) shows:
    [root@localhost ~]# cat /proc/mtd
    dev: size erasesize name
    mtd0: 08000000 00004000 “DiskOnChip 2000 (INFTL Model)”
    mtd1: 00010000 00004000 " DiskOnChip BDK partition"

Please ask your local M-Systems’ technical support for updated driver.
If you used DOC2000 is 128MB or above.
