Radeon 9200SE - can't get dual head working

I can’t get the dual head function to work properly, both monitors show the
same view, and it is the region that the 1st device (radeon.0) is set to.

Here’s the config file I’m using. This works fine on a radeon 7000 (when I
change the device ID)…

Here’s my pci output…

Note that there are two ATI devices, and one is disabled. I only have the
Radeon 9200SE AGP card plugged in. I tried using two separate radeon devices
but that didn’t work either.
