Hi…

Not a GUI, but nedit will work as an editor. There is the Epic GUI that
works with Eclipse in Windows as a plug-in. But I am not sure if the
Epic plug-in works in QNX however. Note that you will need Eclipse 2.1.3
on QNX.

Tk works with XPhoton.

AFAIK … there is no Photon GUI for Perl.

All X based GUIs for Perl should work with XPhoton …
