Licenses lost

A few years back my company bought 6 QNX 4.25 licenses for a project that
never materialized. The license paperwork (stickers and such) have since
vanished, and the lady who did the actual ordering of the licenses has left
our company.

I had heard from a coworker that it might be possible to get the licenses
re-issued, since they were never used. I have access to the purchase order,
and can supply it to QNX. Any info on whether this is possible, and whom to
contact if it is, would be of help.
