When you install QNX Momentics, you get a set of documentation. If you’re using 6.3, look under $QNX_TARGET/usr/help/product. There’s a roadmap to the documentation there in momentics/bookset.html. You can find the Neutrino User’s Guide in neutrino/user_guide/about.html.
If you have a myQNX account, you can access PDF versions of the docs on the QNX website. You can also buy printed books by asking your sales representative.
