Is there a way to check the status of the RAM under Qnx4.25? I have some
bad RAM cards that wont pass under Dos’s HIMEM test, So i need a simiilar
way to detect this under Qnx4.25.

If it doesn’t have to be a diagnostic that runs under QNX, search the web
for MicroScope 2000. They’re somewhere in So California.

It’s an excellent product for PC diagnostics.

I remember a very long thread about this issue a while ago.

It’a a very complex task and it depends on how much effor you are willing to
put into this. The best you could do is write a custom boot program or even
better a custom IPL. If you try to test the RAM after QNX4 has started it a
lot more complicated
