QNX4 shutdown

Our controllers run on QNX 4.1. We keep our controllers powered on and
rarely shut them down. One of our controllers mysteriously shuts down on its
own. This behavior is random and i would like to isolate the problem. Is
there a log or something that I can look at to see what is happening?

Our other controllers run on QNX as well and we havent seen them acting
funny. But this particular controller that I am talking about has some extra
hardware added to it.

I appreciate you suggestions.

Shashank

There is no log about that stuff, in fact only TCP/IP as a persistent
logging system.

I have seen this happen with bad hardare and bad code in interrupt handler.

My guess would be a marginal power supply. They are cheap; try just
replacing it.
