Driver for ATI Rage Mobility M1?

Does QNX have a 4.25 video driver that supports the ATI Rage Mobility M1? My
latest docs don’t mention it and it seems that QNX4 hardware compatibility
lists are no longer on the web site (at least I couldn’t find it). TIA

I do not know how to tell Rage Mobility and Rage Mobility M1 apart, but

right now I write this on FujitsuSIEMENS LifeBook B-2175 equipped with one
of them. I work on it under QNX v4.25G Photon v1.14D fine.
