after booting from cd directly and installing openqnx 6.2 any of the
compilers gcc / g++/ qcc are not working in my system. i’m very much
new to this platform. like POSIX platforms can we set some
environment variables for the same. if i get response for this it
will be a great help for me.

I believe you’ll need an installed SE (Standard Edition) or PE (pro
edition) before you can use qcc.

Make sure you actually “finish” the installation of 6.2
Boot up your system, put the CD back in, and click the “Installer”.
you can then select and install the qnx momentics.

your suggestion really worked like wonder. i reinstalled everything
till completion and this time its working properly. now including qcc
all are working fine.
