Hello guys.
From the QNX 4 to QNX 6 migration guide, it seems that the command “elvrec”
has been replaced with “vi -r”.When I try to “vi -r” my file, vi respond
with: “Use the ‘elvrec’ program to recover lost files” but ‘elvrec’ cannot
be found anywhere…
Am I missing something ?
How do I recover a “vi” lost file ?
Thanks in advance.

I don’t think this is supported with QNX6.

Probably too late to save your lost file, but get/use vim, it does auto
recovery. I just saved my butt yesterday, as a mater of fact
